Delivery options not showing

Hi,

I'm trying to set-up the following delivery options:

UK - First Class Recorded
< £29.99 = £2.95
>£30.00 = £0.00

UK - Special Delivery

< £29.99 = £6.90
> £30.00 = £3.95

I've go the 2 diffierent classes set-up and each are set to use "Highest table value" under Excess.

When you go through the checkout, it is selecting the correct value from the First class recorded table, but not giving you the option of using the special delivery.

Does anyone have any ideas why this may be happening?

Hi Angie

If you right click on the Special delivery option, under "Zone/Class configuration" and select "properties" do you have the option ticked as available online and offline?

I've just checked and it is set as both online and offline.

Anyone have any ideas? I've trying changing all sorts of settings and it's driving me insane!! It's the only thing stopping the site from going live.

Does anyone know where the code that displays the options should be so i can check that it is still there?

I really need to get this sorted.

If it helps, it only chooses the 1st option as i removed them one by one and re-entered them one at a time.
