Customer Accounts

I have had a look around the AUG and on this forum and cannot find any reference (that has been answered) to the issue of customer accounts.

When an account is set up I have to set the password; is there any way a customer can log-on to their account and change basic information such as password, invoice address or anything similar? Or does it all have to be done by the site administrator?

This has to be done by the merchant and not the customer. In v11 it will be online.

A great reason to upgrade when v11 is out, with having many sites using Actinic and offering discounts and incentives for customers to create an account for repeat buying, it will save a lot of time on those who wish for a personal password.
