My client is getting thousands of spam emails. The ISp is saying there is a security issue with the version of actinic they are using which is enabling the spammers to use my clients address to send spam. Basically they are getting all the bounceback and return address type emails.
Any suggestions as to what they can do...
The ISP has set the email spam filters to try and block them. But loads are still coming through
What do they need to do to Actinic to resolve the problem?
And is changing their email address the last resort?
