Hi,
I've used Actinic's customer accounts function to create a trade discount section on this website: http://www.onlinetyres.net/test/
Products bought from the 'tyres' section work fine, but when a logged in customer tries to add products from the 'trade to trade tyre prices' section they receive the following error:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, support@iomart.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
The products in the trade section are exact copies of those in the 'tyres' section so I can't understand why they are failing to add to basket.
If anybody wishes to test things out the login details are as follows:
user: tradecustomer
pass: scottstyres
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
