customer email text

We've translated a site into german and all is fine except in one place. In the customer email, in the cart contents part, the text 'Price in Euros' is appearing.

I changed the 'price in %s' text in site options to german but it made no difference.

I've looked in the Design->text but can't find it anywhere.

Any ideas?
