Hi - dont know if anyone can help with this one.
We have a number of sites, internal catalog a replication - every so often we have updates and so must export and then import products to other sites.
However, and we have no idea how long this has been happening, choices say on T-shirts (x-small, small, medium etc) after import can be random in the order that they now appear. So instead of the first one being x-small it could be 2XL or another size. No logic to it, then when you look at another products choices it will be in another random order.
Any ideas.
Note: done the usuals, compressed db, compressed and repaired via access.
