    One Click Order Completion

We're using V9 and are struggling to get the "One click order completion" feature to work.

We've been through the help files and and seen all the instructions, but when we view our orders tab, the "Complete" button is greyed out.

We have to manually select and "ship" the line items and then manually send a "shipped" email.

By all accounts, the one click order completion should take care of all of this for us.

Don't know if this is influencing things, but prior to completing all of the above, we export all orders to our accounts software.

Any ideas as to what we are doing wrong?

Have you enabled it in business settings?

Also have you tried selecting an order or set of orders and choosing complete from the menu that pops up when you right click.

      Jan,
Business settings show that the feature is switched on.
There are no "complete order" menu buttons when I right click on a selected (or a group of selected) orders.
On the order summary screen, where all orders are visible, the "Complete" button is greyed out.

Prior to exporting the order data, the "Complete" button isn't greyed out and if I right click the "complete" order menu button is also available.

Once I export the order data, all of this functionality disappears. It's as though the export feature "completes" the order.

Is it possible to reconfigure the export feature such that when an order is exported, it isn't automatically completed.

I'm not sure as I download orders after they're completed, but it might be something to do with "Bypass Order Processing"?

I remember vaguely reading something about downloading orders having that effect but can't remember where.
