I just had a couple of customers that ordered free manuals from this page http://www.nitro-rc.co.uk/radio-cont...s_Manuals.html contacting me about the download link not being present (anymore) in the order receipt email.
I double checked and the autoship box is ticked for each product. I also tried to refresh the site to no avail.
Any help would be much appreciated.
