Emails wont send from the contact us form

We migrated to a new webfusio vps server running on plesk 10 and the other online store works but not actinic.

When a customer attempts to send a message we get.
Error returned from SMTP server (1: 502 unimplemented (#5.5.1) )

When we do network test we get.

The computer you specified as your mail server is not a valid mail (SMTP) server. Check the computer name or address and try again. If it fails again, then it is possible, you were locked out by a firewall program, or you don't have network connection to this server.

Actinic Mail Test completed successfully
server: passed
connection: passed
sockets: passed
communications: failed
authorisation: failed
message: 502 unimplemented (#5.5.1)


Any ideas please as I have even tried to use an email address on another of my sites email accounts and get the same message.

Well I solved the problem.

For anyone else that looses sleep in the future on this one.

All I had to do in Server-wide mail settings was to add the server ip address and submask 255.255.0.0
