Paypal Express CGI Error

Hi

Im desperate to get Paypal Express running - Ive been using the standard Paypal payment method for ages and although its had (and has) issues, it still works - but I cant for the life of me figure out why Paypal Express aint working. Ive tried 2 different servers (one unix, the other windows) and same error.

Please please have a look, like I say, Im desperate for ideas to solve this one

i think i sorted it, it was in test mode. production mode gave a different error - which was do to with setting up api access on paypal itself.
