Product on Offer in more than one promotion
Can anyone advise? We have a number of different offers running - eg reader offers in magazines or direct mail, but on the same product or set of products.
We'd like to set up a new Christmas promotion that gives customers a free item AND free shipping on pretty much all products in the store.
I've tried to create a new product group (to enable me to exclude the few products not included) but because some of these products are already in other groups for other offers I get a message asking me if I want to 'move them' to the new group. No, I don't, I want the products in both groups but with customers only able to use one or other code to make the purchase.
Is this possible?
To make it more difficult, we also want to give Free Shipping on the offer.
Can it be done, whilst still giving the free product away and having it appear on the order details so that it will update our stock when we export orders to Sage?
