Devloper in sussex

We have a almost complet website Which has stalled a bit and we are looking at the possiblility of getting a devolper in to finish it if idealy we would want one from sussex or surry (we are rh12) so they can come in and we can talk to them about it. I've emailed at least 4 times to get my location changed and it still says I'm in Lincolnshire
