LocationPrompt variable where is it?

Can Someone tell me where I can find the value for this variable?

It is used for the drop down country selector and it has a value of "Country:"
I want to change it into "Ship to:"

I've looked into Design->Text but can't find it.

Right click on it and select 'edit text'. Or use the search facility in design > text??????? If neither of those, then probably hard coded into the layout, so change it there.
