    Splitting last stage of checkout

If a customer ticks the box "Different Invoice and Delivery address" the last stage of Checkout includes both the Delivery address table and the Payment table. That is Checkout Page 02.

I would like to have the payment table on a separate page.
Is this easy and if yes how do I do this?
I've notice Actinic includes a Checkout 03 page.

The reason I want to add an extra page is so that I can have a float div on the left during the last payment page with both the basket as well as the delivery and invoice address so that the customer can really confirm the data of the order before submitting payment.

I guess, if the box is not ticked, the third page needs to be bypassed somehow and go straight to the payment page. Is this achievable( perhaps with a blockif or something ?

Why not add the Shopping Cart Friday to the top of checkout page 2?

          Friday should have been Grid.

            Thanks Duncan,

The shopping cart is already there.
Can someone tell me please, I've got a picture of the current Checkout 02 page. On this page if the customer has ticked the box "Ship to separate delivery address" then I get both the shipping info as well as payment table.

I really want the payment table to be on the next page, perhaps "checkout 03" on its own with the shopping cart and shipping and delivery info on the left.

Is this possible and if yes, how do I bypass the last Page "Checkout 03" if the invoice and delivery addresses are the same ?

            Thanks again.

Not possible without an inordinate amount of work and if you was capable of that, you'd probably not be asking us if it can be done. You can move things around on the same page, but you cannot move the page on which they exist.

                  Hi Yanni,

When I read this thread my immediate thoughts were 'isn't this just the 'capture card details for later' payment table that's displayed there?

                  Your image confirms this.

The problem is that without a lot of work this payment method is not going to be PCI compliant. I can't remember who we've warned about this before so I'm sorry if we've been through this with you already.

Mike, this is actually PayPal Pro payments which seems to be PCI compliant.
We do not capture any credit card details for later processing, it's all done via PayPal so we can't see the credit card info after payment confirmed.

                    Thanks

PayPal Pro was not PCI compliant last time i read about it, maybe worth just confirming that Yanni.

On paypal website for paypal pro on 'PCI compliance'

PCI (Payment Card Industry) standards are designed to help protect your business from fraud and loss of data. With Website Payments Pro, credit cards are processed directly on your site, which means you are responsible for ensuring your customers' data security.
In other words, Paypal Pro is not PCI compliant.

All our checkout pages are run through an SSL so I guess we are PCI compliant. The only thing PayPal Pro is still not 3D secure but we didn't have many problems so far.

Having SSL is not nearly enough Yanni, time to revisit this me thinks.

Yup, to achieve PCI compliance your site has to satisfy all kinds of compliance requirements and be regulary tested and certified as compliant by a certified tester. SSL on it's own is not enough.

Anyone I know who's tried this has found it a complete pain to achieve as most web hosts are not secure enough and not interested in jumping through hoops to achieve it for you.

The best bet is to hand the whole payment process over the PSP.

There is an alternative which is Paypal's PCI compliant linkflow, but i suspect that isn't going to be cheap.
