Help needed with 2 errors

Hi, happy new year everyone

I have a small problem with Actinic v9. I recently upgraded from v7 and there are 2 errors I can't get rid of. My HTML knowledge is basic so I'm hoping that one of the experts can point me in the right direction.

I'm using Smart theme.

Please see the enclosed files.

The error in "Layout Code - Search Page Bulk Area" is "Nested HTML form tags" and the first <form on line 1 is highlighted.

The error in "Layout Code - Search Results Page Bulk Area" is "HTML form close tag is found without open tag".

You have Search Page Bulk Area (which contains a FORM) inside the FORM in Search Results Page Bulk Area. That's not right. AFAIK, these two layouts shouldn't appear within each other. They're separate things.

You can try restoring these layouts to factory settings, but make sure you can recover them if that doesn't work.

1) Locate them in the Library. Copy the contents of these two layouts to text files as a backup.

2) Again, locate them in the Library, right-click each one and choose Revert to Factory Settings.
