One off component charge on quantity orders

I was try to sort a problem we have on our site with regards to Component prices, I was looking on the forum for a solution, but couldn’t find one, on these threads

it is very similar to what I require, but no solution was found then, I didn't know if there was something different in V9???.
I was wandering if the below is possible?
We sell event gifts and personalised glassware.
On the glassware, the customers can have them:
Plain No Origination,
Logo £10 origination,
Logo and wording £11.75 origination or
Wording only £5 origination.
The problem with Actinic Component charge, if the customer buys 100 glasses, it charges them 100 origination costs.
I would appreciate help as this is stopping customers ordering.
