Altering Search price bands

Does any one know how to change the different price ranges on the search page.
I need to edit the following variables:

SearchPriceBandIndex
SearchPriceBandMin
SearchPriceBandMax


I looked inside the Design-->library and Design-->Text but cannot find them.

Any suggestions?
