Random Dissappearing Components
We are randomly losing the component feature on some of our products. We have had people ring us to say they want an order but there are no choices i-e sizes etc on the product. When we check our site the options are showing but as we click the component it (the + box) dissappears before us. We have also had the opposite where the site on the pc shows it ok but it has dissappeared online.

Compact the database and refresh the site, see if that solves it. -
Make sure it is not browser incompatibilities on your layout too, could be that, cross browser check the site (8 main browsers) and ask problem reporters what browser they use etc.Comment

Done the compact - as usual struggling with a refresh - always encounters a problem- closes to a .dmp file - we have had actinic look at these files for over a year on and off and they never find out whats wrong - it takes 4 or 5 attempts to load the site or back up.Comment
