    Customer Accounts Payment Options

    Hi,

    I am having trouble with the Payment Options setting.

    When set to ‘RBS WorldPay’ (Card only) all is fine, customer can only select card payment. But when set to ‘Invoice with Order’ the customer can select both options yet with Actinic version 7 they could only select ‘Invoice with Order’.

    I would like to be able to restrict the customer selection to either card payment or ‘Invoice with Order’.

    Any ideas?

    Your only method of controlling the payment methods used by registered customers is to tick the option 'Limit to Defined Customers'.

    If you tick the 'Limit to Defined Customers' box for any of the payment methods then the customer account will only see that payment method if it is selected in the 'Payment Method' field for that customer account.

    Please note: Only customers that have this payment method selected in the 'Payment Method' field in the 'Accounts' tab of a customer account will be able to use this method online.
