Problem in Order Processing Mail

When we purchase books from shopping cart there are auto generated mail sent to a customer or a company but from past few days this is not happening no mails are sent to customer or company when they are ordering or purchasing the book on shopping cart,

please provide a solution for this problem.

Issues with mails in Actinic using

Yes We are using 1and1.co.uk for hosting .

We have checked the SMTP settings in Actinic and they appear fine .

Any other suggestion would be highly appreciated .
