snapshot sharing violation

I have a problem every time i try to take a snap shot it takes an hour then constantly goes into non rresponding program and when it does finish i get this message. I hav compacted and purged the site but it still fails

The first thing to do is find the external files referenced and bring them within your site 1 folder.

This path looks as if it may be wrong:

Is it valid?
I see '12423_tackleAtTrade\' is duplicated.
