We had a pc failure so have a new pc and imported all our software, websites etc on the new pc and can down load orders. Phew. However, we export all our orders once downloaded as a third party fulfils our orders. We have an exe file that we place the details of in 'export settings' and this points to to config file that has the correct details of where to send the orders to. The problem is, when we 'export', the intended recipient does not receive the xml as 'the root element is missing' Is there a simple box we are not checking to ensure the xml gets sent across as the script has not changed. If we cannot get it to work is there an alternative for us to be able to export files? Can we download the files manually into an xlm file without writing each order into a home made csv individually? Any ideas appreciated.
