v8 checkout country

I have a question to do with the checkout of Actinic v8
Customers are always asked to choose 'Select country','United Kingdom' or 'none of the above'
Is it possible to make this default to UK?

Yes, by only having UK as available location for both shipping and tax settings and having the default charge set in shipping.
