Realex payments/HSBC Secure Epayments problems
We currently have actinic v9 on our website www.nathaliefrench.co.uk. Our payment service provider is HSBC Secure ePayments but it is moving over to Realex Payments.
There is already an option for Realex Payments in the payment methods list, which I selected and entered all our account details into the Realex Payments option.
Realex needed the response and referral urls for the shopping cart which are apparently the same so I provided them with that but it doesn't work.
The error message received after checking out with Realex payments is 'Your transaction has been successful but there was a problem connecting back to the merchant's web site. Please contact the merchant and advise them that you received this error message. Thank you.'
Has anyone else come across this problem?
I did ask Realex if they had managed to successfully change over any of their other customers that are using actinic v9 for their websites, and they haven't been able to get any to work yet.
