Contact Page - NEED HELP PLEASE!

Our contact page has suddenly gone haywire!
We dont have actinic support – any support you guys could give would be much appreciated.
Error im getting is -

1. You can get email support from Sellerdeck using the 'support center' link at the top of the page.

2. I believe this error suggests that the ip address of your server is associated with spam email. Best ask your web hosts to fix the problem.

It sounds as if your host is blocking it because of sending rules being breached. e.g. spam. Best contact your host.
