Paypal not displaying at checkout

Re: actinic business 8.5.3.0.0.0.IDHB on www.oakis.co.uk which is a site that belongs to my brother, who asked me to add PayPal on to his checkout, where he already accepts other card payment. I have added the PayPal & his merchant email address, but the PayPal is not being displayed on the checkout page. So what have I missed to get this to work?

PayPal is showing as an option on the checkout. Note you have fields for entering credit card details but is the site PCI DSS Compliant? if not it should use a payment service provider.
