missing database!!!

HELP!!!

Whilst trying to back up my lap top i have mucked up my documents folder...dont ask.... in it is the actinic folder i thought i had it sorted but Now i cant open actinic programe... it says there is no data base, how do i find it and restore it?

Error massage is . unable to locate the database. site will remail unchanged.

If you are lucky depending if you changed it's position you may find a old MDB file or ACD file in the Sellerdeck / actinic folder on your computer

Otherwise it looks like you will have to use a backup to recover

Is the directory still in the recycle bin?
