Just adding that the catalog has ben uploading fine themn when downloading orders it was duplicating them.

If it has been workign fine and suddenley stopped the it is very likey a server issue. You can however check permissions on the acatalog and cgi-bin folders.

Definitely a server hosting based issue.
Either permissions on folders/files, or possibly even a disk space issue.

Check with your hosting company asap.
