    Realex payments/HSBC Secure Epayments Issue

    Hello,

    We are in the process of upgrading from HSBC to Realex, and this issue has cropped up which is stopping us from transferring over. On one of our pc's running actinic v9 it allows us to put in the merchant ID and the password, however on another pc it will not:



    As you can see there's no option at all to type in the details! On this pc its version 9.0.3.0.0.0 IMMA where as on the other pc it's 9.0.5.

    Help!

    The first thing I'd do is upgrade to 9.0.5. There were a lot of changes and improvements in 9.0.4 (9.0.5 is essentially a bug fix release of 9.0.4) and this might be one of them.

      Is there a link or specific place I can download that?

      I'm pretty new to actinic and took it over from a previous employee.

          Downloading 9.05

              Excellent thank you!
              That seems to have worked and I am able to type in the details now.

              However when I try to proceed with a test payment I get this error:

              "Error executing the on-line credit card plug-in script. Global symbol "$sMerchantID" requires explicit package name at (eval 44) line 162. Global symbol "$sMerchantID" requires explicit package name at (eval 44) line 173."

                    it's probably something simple but it's hard to tell what's happened without looking at your system. Your best bet is probably to get Sellerdeck support to fix it for you.

                    If you have Cover then give them a call. Otherwise, you can register an email support request by following the 'Support Center' link at the top of the page.
