Hi - there are 2 fields in the Orders.csv export file:

Discount Percent
Discount Cost

What do these relate to in Sellerdeck back office?

Are they from all 3 of the tabs in the 'Discounts and Surcharges' tab - the 'Order Level', 'Cart Contents' and 'Customer Pricing' tab?
