This is hosted with Fasthosts but something is wrong with the path to cgi-bin but we cannot work out what and Fasthosts are being most unhelpful. Can anyone suggest what I might need to change - it worked perfectly with my previous provider who also used Fasthosts but the have closed down so now opened my own Fasthosts account and thought it would be straightforward upload but no! Attached is the network setup and error file. any help greatly appreciated.

This thread suggests that Sellerdeck ran fine on the old fasthosts Linux servers but maybe has problems on the new cluster servers.

sorry I can’t be more help but I have no experience of getting it to work with fasthosts.
