500 error going from checkout to payment processor

Just transferred sites to my hosting with Krystal and the site will not go to the payment processor. If you go through the process then do next on the last page of the sequence it hangs then you get 500 internal server error.

I have the same on a test server (on the same hosting)

It is the same for PayPal or Secure Hosting (UPG)

I am very grateful for some help with this, thank you

Edit: I am aslo getting it on a default v9 site - howevere it was working on the previous (SD) hosting???

I'm surprised you had V9 working with a psp using sellerdeck hosting.

Versions of Sellerdeck prior to v11.0.4 are unable to support HTTP v1.1.

There is no link anywhere to download the Sellerdeck PHP upgrader! Any ideas?

Or how can I upgrade to the PHP libraries - can I copy anything from a later version???

I'm not aware of anything you can do about it. The PCI security council mandated changes to the standards for payment processing that sellerdeck support from V11 onwards. If you're using an earlier version then I think the only option is to upgrade, I certainly haven't come across any other solution.
