Error; Inner Layout is recursively used

I'm having a problem with my checkout , the paypal express checkout goes off to a random page on my site and the actinic checkout keeps refreshing on the same page ( order00.html) where the user is asked for invoice location.
When I check for errors it says that ' inner layout is recursively used ( 2 places)', when i click on inner layout it takes me to 'checkout script URL' in the design tree menu under 'Paypal Pro Checkout Button'.
I'm not sure what to do next, any ideas?

The "inner layout is recursively used" error, could be your layout has been altered. It mentions 2 places. You could try resetting layouts to the factory default.

Thanks for your help, i'd tried everything, I didn't contact support as I thought that Sellerdeck weren't supporting V9 anymore.
