Customer Upload Image or file when ordering

Hi All,
I wanted to pick your brains,
I have a new website i am setting up for Cupcakes.
I have a section i am setting up for Photo or logo topped cakes.
The customer will select what cake flavor, toppings etc they wish in product options that i have set up..

Now comes the question>
I what to add an option either within the product or as part of the check out process were the customer can upload a photo file for me to receive with there order.
I need the customer to upload there photo to me so i can use this file to print onto there cakes.
Is this possible in Actinic?

If anyone has done this before or knows of a way this can be done, i would be really grateful if someone could tell me how this is possible if at all?
