    Help - Stopped receiving emails telling me that I have a new order to download

    Hi - Running v9.05 - site hosted on a 1&1 managed server.

    About a week ago I stopped receiving emails telling me that I have a new order to download.

    Customers still receive their emails without any problems.

    Box is ticked to receive emails in business settings

    When I test the network settings I receive a confirmation email

    These emails are not going into my spam folder

    My SMTP setting is set to 'localhost'

    Any ideas anybody?

    The first thing I'd do is look for likely errors in the error.err file

      Thanks for the reply. I've got a few references to this in the last week

      )
      All a bit weird - the account has never needed authentication in the past as far I know.

        Talk to your ISP and see if they've changed anything recently. Particularly arounbd the date when that error started occurring.
