Have you tried to upload/fresh the website? Have you contacted your host?

I don't mean refresh the page. I mean REFRESH THE WEBSITE. This might clear the issue for you (unlikely I feel however).

Am not sure how you don't know who is hosting your website ...

          Information available here.

However if that is already too much effort, here are the details of your host:

Thanks for your help I have got to the bottom of this probelm Its due to a claim by a rival company over the use of the word transformation I did delete the accidental use of this word on my homepage and give gator its due it did sent 2 emails to Shreadsoft my web designer but Shreadsoft filed them accidentally as spam website still down at the moment surely if we delete the offending words we should be OK /?

You need to make sure those emails are followed up.

That was my website designer Shreadsoft not me.
He realises his error we are still trying to get the website back. My website designer is only part time now
Website still down I can't communicate directly with the host gator so its very frustrating
if I knew which words were still offending I would remove them

                  You could consider changing hosts.

Hi Susan, I assume you still have FTP access to your server?

If so you could try a temporary redirect from your home page to the following URL:

                      http://www.fantasygirl.co.uk/acatalog/

You could use an .htaccess file to do this (I think!) depending on how the block on your homepage has been implemented.

Bit of a bodge, but it may keep the orders coming in until you change hosts, which with DNS issues might be a couple of days even if you ordered a new package today.

                        1. Changing hosts should be really fast these days. Even with DNS changes I'd be surprised if it took more than a few hours to be back up and running. Ideally you'll have the domain name registered with a separate host such as 123-reg which makes life very easy.

                        2. 'Transformation' is not a word that can be copyrighted or trade-mark protected and is widely used so there must be little more to this than we're being told. The important thing though is to get back up and running.

                        Mike

Thatnks for that I am not sure I have enough knowledge to do this I can open FTP and connect to fantasygirl but am not sure how to do this.

Yes it is bizarre how use of oneword can do this but this company has a history of intimidation esp again what they desribe as there trademark

If you can connect to your server then that's half the battle! Try this next... look for a file named .htaccess - there may not be one but we can skip some steps if there is! It will most likely be in the parent folder which contains your 'acatalog' folder.

Alternatively, if you wish to send me FTP details in private then I can log in and sort this for you.
