Wordlpay changes

Hi,

An old client of ours got in touch saying they had received an email from worldpay saying there were going to be some server changes occuring on the 30/05/2013. I have found the post below that talks about part of the changes but not the other bits in the email

There site is built in Actinic 8, does anyone know if the changes in the email below will effect actinic 8 and if so can they just be changed using the instuctions here http://community.sellerdeck.com/showthread.php?t=51788

1. If you use IP addresses instead of domain names to submit: http, XML or Remote Administration requests to WorldPay, please switch your connection to use domain-name-based URLs instead:

If you use HTML form posts:

If you use XML requests:

If you use Remote Administration:

2. If your system receives automatic updates from WorldPay when shoppers make payments on your website or by telephone (i.e. call-backs) and you choose to restrict domain names, please ensure that you are using the following domain names:

*.outbound.worldpay.com
*.worldpay.com

Thanks for your response, but I had already seen that post and was more worried about the domain name part of things, i.e posting to https://secure.worldpay.com/wcc/purchase

Does actinic do this or already or do we have to make changes to the files at all?

Hi

I'm no expert at this but unless you have integrated your checkout in any different way to the normal Actinic system, you should be ok.

Maybe a more knowledgeable person can advise.

Thanks, thats what I thouhgt. I'll check with the client but orders seem to be coming through fine.
