Just got this message coming up every time I try to create a product duplicate.


There was a problem with the database

Operation: Adding a new record to the [ProductProperties] table where 1=0

String data, right truncated

Action: Contact your Actinic reseller or Actinic Support as appropriate


I have seen another post on this forum with a different error message saying repair with Access or re install Actinic. Which is the best route to take?

With database problems:

1. Make a backup of the database just in case.
2. Compact and repair from within Actinic.

If that doesn't work, get help from Actinic support.
