Hi all. I have been using v9 for quite some time. After a change to some products online I went to publush the site. It fails to do as a notice pops up saying connection reset?? I have not touched the network settings for ages. Can anyone help me on this issue.

Probably the first thing to do is run a network test from within sellerdeck and see what the results are.

If you're running Windows 7 or 8, then you may have been automatically upgraded to Internet Explorer 11 and this has a bug that affects uploads.
