    V8 Crash

    Hi, a client of mine is running V8 on a Win7 box and has been for a couple of months after migrating from XP.
    From this morning - after a Windows update - as soon as he clicks the icon to start Actinic it crashes with the error message:

    Catalog
    ---------------------------
    Actinic encountered a fatal error. Details of this error have been saved to 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Actinic v8\Catalog_8_5_2_0_0_0_HMVA_1405151606.dmp'. Please send this file to Actinic for investigation.
    Can anyone point me in a direction to start a resolution?

    I changed the executable to run in XP SP3 Compatibility mode and it works OK.

      Look in Windows Update / Installed Updates and report what was just installed.

      The .dmp file is only of use to SellerDeck but I don't know if they still support V8. So it may be worth checking with them before sending anything.
