Have had a Charge Back because I didn't debit the customers card quick enough (from pre-auth), problem being not all the items were in stock. As I can't charge for things I haven't dispatched I had to wait (with customers consent) Can't win...
As per usual, no matter what evidence you supply, Streamline STILL reverse the transaction, why they even bother me asking to provide information about these transactions, I don't know.
Anyway, is there anyway to take payment several times for the same order as the goods are shipped accordingly? i.e part payment?
