    Script 'os000001.pl' what is it and what is it trying to do?

    We are having issues with Gateway timeout during our checkout process preventing people from making payments: http://community.sellerdeck.com/show...242#post345242

    The hosting team are doing everything they can to help but they are not web developers.
    They have now asked the following and I don't know the answer, does anybody else please?

    'What the script 'os000001.pl' is trying to do and if you can provide more information on this script in general.'

    Any help gratefully received.

    That is the OrderScript.pl which is responsible for the entire Checkout process.

    The Checkout involves several pages and it would be helpful to know at which stage you are getting errors.

      If your site is http://www.weddingplanningschooluk.com then it has many errors in the error log like:

      Program = ORDERSCR, Program version = 22690 , HTTP Server = Apache , Return code = 999 , Date and Time = 2014/09/02 10:50, Internal Errors = Lock:[22]: Stale lock - forcing removal of ../acatalog/2Z29Z184Z242A1409645780B38858.session.LCK

      Others have reported that a Stale lock error seems to be slowing their site. One for SellerDeck support to look into, perhaps.
