Actinic 9 not connecting to PCI-DSS Hosting

Hi,

We have a copy of Actinic 9 that is timing out when it's trying to connect to the server.

The Actinic settings are as per the attached. The hosting package is PCI-DSS so I need to use SFTP when connecting with Dreamweaver.
