V8.5 New Product listing Dont work

i have this problem i want update de new product listing
make error and shutdown the program. i made the compact databases
and dont work.
any suggestion.

You could try removing all the products from the new products list and then add back one by one until you find a problem with one of the products that causes the program to close.

that's the problem that I can not go to the section of new product
closes before entering the section.

It sounds like your database may have a problem. I would suggest restoring a backup. Do you have a recent snapshot?
