Is there a way to exclude (or show) the shipping cost from the “checkout” tab on the add to cart pop up widget?
I have used this for a long time but just pointed out to me that if somebody adds a single item say costing £3.00 – the pop up shows it as £7.80
It is adding the shipping cost, but not defining it when the “checkout” tab is open, which it is when the widget pops up for the first time.
If customer clicks the “view cart” tab on the widget, it does show the shipping cost as a separate line.
What is concerning me, is if a customer sees a product for example £3, but the widget says £7.80, if this might put them off completing
Could just remove the widget of course and go back to the bounce page default, but I like the add to cart widget.
