Orders appear shipped when downloaded.

Client has a new Swift site and is asking "When I download orders they appear to have been shipped (the tick is next to the title) and I cannot print either packing list or invoice or unship them as the options are greyed out."

I am stumped! These are real products not DDs. Has anyone any ideas please?

Hi Jonathan. You could check that he doesn't have 'Bypass Order Processing' ticked (top left of Business Settings > Order Processing)

I don't have any other ideas

Btw that's not something that Swift enables - or even could, AFAIK

Indeed - that was the solution. He unticked it and all is well, thank you...
