Update or Replace

When installing Swift onto a site with Smart theme, should one select Update or Replace?

Update will keep any existing variables that you have setup. Replace will just be standard.

I always do update.

Thank you Jason. I have tried both. Tried Update first, then Replace, but Replace was no good so reverted to Update.
