A client has a built an excel table of sticky label products with colomun fields headed "No of quantities required" and rows headed "differnet sizes" and the cells giving the prices.

Is there a way this table can be linked to the Actinic ordering system.

No. You would have to create these options as products with components, attributes and choices within Actinic.
