    Worldpay Runtime Error

    I've had a few customers mention that when they try to pay by credit card on Worldpay their machines are crashing with a Runtime Error - Worldpay support are not being helpful...

    Has anyone else using Worldpay had this problem?

    HI,

    We are getting the same reports from customers. We are also getting a lot of orders without payment provider details.

    It seems to be an intermittant problem as we have had some orders today that are OK....

    It seems to have started on Friday 01/10/2004. I wonder if the change of month has caused it?

    Does anybody know if any changes were planned to the Actinic entry portal into Worldpay for this date?

    It is a real pain, we've lost @ £1,000.00 in orders....! so far....

      WorldPay have been experiencing a Denial Of Service attack which could be the cause of the problems your customers are experiencing.
