V4 Page numbering

Have Actinc Catalog V4. Need to have the Catalog section so only one item appears per page with numbered button links to other pages (like on your bulletin board. Is this possible?
If so How?
Also does catalog offer the facility for users to log in and sell their items on my site? E-bay style.

No - there are variables available for linking to next/previous sections, but these are only available in v5 or higher.

No - this is not a feature of Actinic.
